The rooms were clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. I found the unit to be fabulous and comfy, complete with convenient amenities like a fridge and a blow dryer. the location is absolutely perfect, situated right next to the Lehigh Valley and within proximity to stores. it was a good experience during my vacation.

Fabulous unit with fridge and microwave...

booked it for 1 day and had a really comfortable experience. the staff were nice and pleasant and were always there to help. the room was clean and warm and offered with fridge and microwave, the blow dryer, for instance.

TBH, the room was musty, we expected better.

The venue was quiet and absolutely great. I enjoyed my stay, and the location is particularly convenient, being close to a grocery store, shops, Elias Market, a Turkish/Mediterranean restaurant.

We got a room with a tub. The bed in our room was comfortable.

This hotel is a clean, non-smoking venue with courteous staff, a great location that's exceptionally nice, and I would strongly recommend it, especially since it’s close to the Music Festival.

The hotel has marvellous location near restaurants and shopping, Bethlehem, and Lehigh University. Furthermore, close to Music Festival.

The value was very good for the location especially during Misikfest.

Some staff not that friendly and contnental breakfast not so good.

MIchael at the desk and his manager were very pleasant and helpful , room was very quiet, couldn't hear any outside noise at all. good shower, comfortable bed

first room smelled like a musty basement, so we asked for and received a different room which was fine. whole place needs upgrading, carpets in particular.

Pillows (a bit bumpy) created a minor issue (as in the most of hotels, I should note). Also, there was no list of TV channels in the room.

The View Inn & Suites Bethlehem offers a clean and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly and respectful staff. Its fantastic location makes it easy to access nearby shops, such as Elias Market, and a variety of restaurants, including a Turkish/Mediterranean option. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a local fast food choice, Tim Hortons, just a 10-minute walk away. we truly enjoyed our stay! :).

Was put in the deluxe suite and Love the comfort of the bed and staff was very friendly!

The jets in the jacuzzi tub in my room didnt work and the water came out brown so did not get a chance to use it, the only downfall i experienced during my stay.
